This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using Trackpeel you agree to it.
1. You must have the rights to what you upload
Only upload audio or video that you own or are otherwise legally permitted to upload and to separate. Examples of permitted use: your own recordings; tracks you have licensed; content you have the rights-holder’s permission to process. Separating a commercial song you do not own or have permission for may infringe copyright in your country — you are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful.
2. Prohibited uses
Do not use Trackpeel to:
- upload or process content that infringes copyright or other rights;
- upload unlawful, harmful, or rights-violating material;
- circumvent, automate, or abuse the free tier, rate limits, or bot protection;
- attempt to overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
- resell or redistribute the service without permission.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, refuse processing, throttle or block usage, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy or our Terms. We operate a repeat-infringer policy and may permanently ban repeat infringers.
4. Reporting
To report infringing content, see our DMCA / Copyright Takedown page. For other abuse, email [email protected].
5. Changes to this policy
We may update or modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with a new “Last updated” date, and we will communicate material changes. Your continued use of Trackpeel after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
