1. Merchant of Record
Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy.
2. EU/EEA right of withdrawal (14 days) — and the important exception for digital content
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. However, Trackpeel provides digital content and a digital service that begins immediately. When you start a separation or download stems, you are asking us to begin performance right away.
By starting processing or downloading, you give your express prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has begun / the digital content has been supplied. Until you start processing or downloading, your withdrawal right is unaffected.
3. Subscriptions (Starter / Pro)
You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until then. We do not generally refund the current period once it has started, except where required by law or at our discretion.
4. Day Pass
The Day Pass grants 24 hours of full-length downloads (up to the published fair-use cap); the 24-hour period starts on your first download. Because it is digital content supplied immediately, the withdrawal exception in section 2 applies once you begin using it.
5. Discretionary refunds
If something went wrong on our side (for example a paid separation failed and we could not deliver your stems), contact [email protected] and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Note our system automatically refunds the usage credit for failed jobs.
6. Chargebacks
Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds within 60 days to resolve disputes/chargebacks. Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster.
7. How to request
Email [email protected] with your order details. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with a new “Last updated” date, and we will communicate material changes. Your continued use of Trackpeel after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
