We respect copyright and respond to valid notices of claimed infringement. We also operate a repeat-infringer policy.
1. Designated agent
Send copyright notices to our designated agent:
Copyright Agent, Websylvania S.R.L.
Email: [email protected]
Postal: Str. Negoiului nr. 19, Târgu Mureș, Mureș, Romania
2. How to file a takedown notice
Provide, in writing, substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of someone authorised to act for the rights-holder).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. the URL, job, or download link).
- Your contact details (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights-holder.
3. What we do
On a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and, where we can identify them, notify the user who uploaded it.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your contact details; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material as permitted by law if the original complainant does not pursue legal action.
5. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
6. Misuse
Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice may carry legal liability.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update or modify this policy at any time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with a new “Last updated” date, and we will communicate material changes. Your continued use of Trackpeel after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
